Constitutional law
We advise and litigate
On the one hand, constitutional law is dedicated to the legal structuring of the relationship between the individual and the state, for example in the form of fundamental rights. On the other hand, constitutional law deals with the legal organization of the state. In the field of constitutional law we are active in an advisory and litigating way.
Our clients include public law entities such as municipalities and cantons and state-related companies as well as private individuals, whether in connection with issues of state organization law, questions in the area of legislative projects or the protection of individual rights.
For example, we were granted to file an appeal against the result of the referendum "For marriage and family - against the marriage penalty" and to obtain the historic ruling of the Federal Supreme Court in which, for the first time in the history of the Swiss Confederation, a federal referendum was annulled due to incorrect information of the voters and thus a violation of political rights.
