Public personnel law
We are here for you
Public personnel law governs the rights and duties of state employees. As a rule, the legal relationship between the state as employer and the state employees is governed by public law and is thus an administrative legal relationship.
The resulting rules differ in part substantially from those of an employment relationship governed by private law, because the principles of general administrative law as well as public procedural law apply.
We advise and support private and public employers in all matters of personnel law, whether in connection with an existing or with the termination of an employment relationship.
