We take care of all the problems that arise in a medium-sized company, namely contracts, relations with the authorities and offices, and internal company structures and ownership issues. In close cooperation with the company owners and the management, we accompany companies from the business idea to the foundation and to the successful and sustainable establishment on the market.

If things are not running smoothly, we advise companies in the frame of reorganizations in an interest-oriented and successful manner. We see ourselves as the legal conscience of a company and support its management directly or its internal legal service as external consultants.
