Advising landowners, public institutions or private individuals on environmental law issues. This includes legal questions on noise protection, immission control, water pollution control, contaminated sites, the ordinance on major accidents or environmental impact assessments.

We have a broad network of contacts and we are eager to maintain a constructive relationship with government decision-makers, as well as with environmental associations that have the right of appeal.

We also participate in the development of the law in various ways (as lecturers, speakers, legal representation in proceedings with leading decisions).
